Yes, one person can do it. The top is large, so a second pair of hands makes flipping and finishing it easier and quicker, but it is not required.

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, with delivery 2 to 3 business days after that, so most orders arrive within about 3 to 5 working days. The delivery partner contacts you to arrange a time.

Every Vival Desk has a 1-year warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights under Singapore’s Lemon Law and Sale of Goods Act.
No, not for a genuine defect. If your desk arrives damaged or faulty, including the top, tell us right away and we will replace it at no cost to you, including a full replacement where needed. Beyond that, the 1-year warranty covers the motor and drive mechanism against manufacturing defects, repaired or replaced free within the year. What it does not cover is cosmetic wear and tear or accidental damage that happens after delivery, for example a dent caused during use, which is standard across the industry. None of this affects your statutory rights under Singapore consumer law, which always stand alongside our warranty.
Yes, as a goodwill gesture. You have 14 days from delivery to return the desk if you change your mind, provided it is unused and in its original, resaleable condition with all parts and packaging. Singapore has no statutory cooling-off period for this kind of purchase, so this is our own goodwill policy rather than a legal requirement. For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and bear the return logistics, either bringing the desk to our store yourself or arranging your own courier, as we do not cover return shipping for a change of mind. If a desk is ever damaged or defective, that is a separate matter and we handle it free.
Yes. If you cancel before we dispatch, you get a full refund. Once it has shipped, the 14-day goodwill return applies instead.
You can pay by PayNow or card through HitPay, our secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
