Warranty Policy
Every Vival Desk comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This page explains what it covers and how to make a claim. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and its Lemon Law provisions.

What is covered For one year from delivery, we cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including: - The dual-motor lifting system and its electronics. - The frame and structural components. - Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
What is not covered - Normal wear and tear, including minor marks and surface ageing of the walnut finish. - Damage from misuse, accident, dropping, overloading beyond the rated capacity, or use outside the product's intended purpose. - Damage from unauthorised modification, repair, or disassembly. - Cosmetic damage that does not affect function. - Damage caused after delivery by improper assembly, storage, or environment (for example liquid or moisture damage).
Remedy If a valid defect is found within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected part or the desk. Where repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund appropriate to the fault. This is the extent of our liability under this warranty, without affecting your statutory rights.
How to claim Email support@projectvival.com with: - Your order number. - A description of the problem. - Photos or a short video showing the fault, if possible.
