Shipping & Delivery

This page explains how we deliver the Vival Desk. We currently ship within Singapore only.

Where we deliver Singapore addresses only, for now. We do not currently ship outside Singapore.

Delivery cost A flat S$12 delivery fee applies to every order within Singapore, shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery time We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, with delivery in 2–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive confirmation when your order is on its way. These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Delivery partner Deliveries are handled by our appointed delivery partner. You will be contacted to arrange or confirm delivery.

If your order arrives damaged Please inspect your desk on arrival. If the packaging or desk is visibly damaged: - Note it at the point of delivery if you can. - Email support@projectvival.com as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. See our Warranty and Refund & Return policies for more.

Failed or missed delivery If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or the address is incorrect, we will contact you to rearrange. A re-delivery fee may apply for repeat attempts.
