Yes. projectvival is the brand of Esmond Solutions Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202031216G), a registered Singapore company at 24 Sin Ming Lane #01-100, Singapore 573970. We are a Singapore technology and design house, not a reseller. You can verify the UEN on ACRA, and you can reach a real person before or after you buy.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free across Singapore, included in the price, with no separate charge at checkout. We dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment, and delivery follows 2–3 business days after that, typically 3–5 working days in total. Our delivery partner contacts you to arrange a time. We ship within Singapore only.
What if the desk arrives damaged?
Inspect it on arrival. If anything is damaged, email support@projectvival.com with your order number and photos as soon as you can. We arrange a repair, replacement or other remedy under your statutory rights, and you are never charged for collection or redelivery of goods that arrive damaged or defective.
Is it hard to assemble? How long does it take?
The Vival Desk is self-assembly and goes together in about an evening. The frame, motors and controller arrive ready to fit to the walnut top. If anything is unclear during setup, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
What exactly is the “walnut finish”? Is it real wood?
It is honest to say upfront: the walnut finish is a walnut-look laminate over an engineered-wood (MDF) core, not solid timber and not live-edge. We chose it for a matte, low-glare, hard-wearing surface that holds its look. Walnut, by choice.
Will it hold my setup, two monitors and the rest?
The reinforced metal frame is rated up to 100 kg, which comfortably covers a typical two-monitor setup, a laptop, a monitor arm and your everyday desk things. The surface is 120 × 60 cm and the height adjusts from 72 to 120 cm.
How do the three memory presets work?
The controller has a memory keypad: press M, then 1, 2 or 3 to save a height. After that, one touch of a number sends the desk straight to it: your sit height, your stand height, a third for someone else.
What does the warranty cover, and how do I claim?
If your desk arrives damaged or faulty, including the top, tell us right away and we will replace it at no cost to you, including a full replacement where needed. Beyond that, the 1-year warranty covers the motor and drive mechanism against manufacturing defects, repaired or replaced free within the year, in addition to your rights under Singapore law. Cosmetic wear and tear or accidental damage after delivery, such as a dent caused during use, is not covered, which is standard across the industry. Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, as a goodwill gesture. You have 14 days from delivery to return the desk if you change your mind, provided it is unused and in its original, resaleable condition with all parts and packaging. Singapore has no statutory cooling-off right for online goods, so this is our own goodwill policy, not a legal requirement. For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and bear the return logistics, either bringing the desk to our store yourself or arranging your own courier, and the refund goes to your original payment method. Cancel before dispatch and you get a full refund. Faulty or damaged goods are a separate matter and we handle those free.
How is payment handled? Is it secure?
